How ordering works
Put it in your bag
Pick the size, add it to your bag, and go to checkout. The shop only offers sizes it actually has.
Pay
Your address sets the delivery fee before you pay, so the total on screen is the total. Card or transfer.
We dispatch
Inside Port Harcourt, same day when you order before 2pm. Everywhere else goes by courier with a tracking number.
Paying for your order
Payment is taken on a secure page before the order reaches us. Your card details never touch this website.
- Card. Any Nigerian debit card.
- Bank transfer. The account details appear at checkout, and payment confirms in seconds.
- Cash at the shop. Choose collection and pay when you come for it.
Collecting from the shop
Collection costs nothing and is usually the fastest option if you are in Port Harcourt. We hold your order for seven days and message you when it is ready, which is normally within the hour.
How we send it
Inside Port Harcourt we use our own dispatch riders. Interstate orders go by courier, and we send you the waybill number the same day it leaves the shop.
The landmark matters
Riders here find houses by landmark, not by street number. The landmark box at checkout is not optional, and an order without one takes longer to reach you.
If you are not there
The rider calls the number on your order. If nobody answers, we hold the item and try again the next working day at no extra cost. After two failed attempts we will ask you to collect from the courier office nearest you.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Tell us within 48 hours and send a photo. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, we replace it and cover the delivery both ways. See the returns page.
Bulk and team orders
We quote schools, clubs and company teams separately, and delivery is usually included once the order is large enough. Send us your list and we will price it properly.
